Rosie Park: Sight Unseen

로지박 작가님의 'Sight Unseen' 전시의 시작을 알려드리게 되어 기쁩니다.

서울에서 자랐고 20대부터 뉴질랜드에서 이민 생활을 시작한 로지박 작가는 오랜 시간을 뉴질랜드에서 보내면서 자연, 미술사, 일상 속의 순간들로부터 영감을 받아 작업하며 주로 자연물과 인공물의 조화로움과 밸런스를 살린 정물화를 그립니다. 우리에게 다소 익숙한 오브제를 그리면서 디테일함을 표현하고, 다양함과 조화로움을 여러 시선으로 바라보고 정물화 속 오브제를 통해 우리 모두의 타고난 개성과 아름다움을 표현합니다.

'Sight Unseen' 전시는 2024년 5월 22일부터 2024년 6월 16일까지 E.N. Gallery에서 관람하실 수 있습니다. 많은 분들의 관심 부탁드립니다.

E.N. Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of artist Rosie Park's exhibition, "Sight Unseen."

 

Rosie Park, an artist who grew up in Seoul and began her immigrant life in New Zealand in her twenties, has spent many years in New Zealand drawing inspiration from nature, art history, and everyday moments, primarily creating still life paintings that balance natural and artificial elements. By depicting familiar objects with detailed precision, Park explores diversity and harmony from various perspectives, expressing the innate individuality and beauty in all of us through the objects in her still lifes.

The "Sight Unseen" exhibition will be on view at E.N. Gallery from May 22, 2024, to June 16, 2024. We look forward to seeing you all!
